Delivery Collections and Returns
Royal Mail First Class, Hermes or DPD - £2.99 on orders below £45.00, FREE on orders above £40.00
All orders, unless otherwise specified by the customer are dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class, myhermes or DPD. All in stock orders received before 2pm will take an estimated 3-5 working days to be delivered, however these times can be slightly extended during particularly busy periods, or bad weather.
Your item will be declared as "lost" if you haven't received anything after 28 days. After this time, we'll be able to send you a replacement and enter a claim in with Royal Mail on your behalf.
Click and Collect (Local Pickup)
We offer a local collection service. If you do not wish to pay the £2.99 delivery fee (free when you spend over £45.00) then choose our local pickup option in checkout and we will contact you to arrange a date and time for collection. We are based in the Ashton-in-Makerfield area of Wigan. We may be able to deliver to your door if you live local to us (WN4 area).

While we hope that you’re always delighted with your order, we understand that there are occasions you may want to return items. Please contact us by emailing us at email@example.com quoting your order number within 14 days of receiving your order.
All goods returned to us must be in perfect condition with the product packaging undamaged, using the same boxes & packaging. Failure of the items being returned to us in their original state, function and purpose will result in us being unable to refund you. Please do not tape multiple boxes together.
Please ensure all items are packaged securely and sufficiently to withstand delivery. Failure to do so may result in Rock and Rainbow being unable to refund you. We recommend that you use insured registered or tracked delivery and keep the receipt to cover yourselves under the circumstance of lost post. Once items are received back to us as per above we can then reverse your transaction and issue a refund or an exchange to the value of your order minus the postage costs, with exception of faulty goods where a full refund will be given.
Please be advised that for orders which qualified for our threshold of free delivery, partial order returns that result in the original order value falling below this free delivery threshold will have our standard postage charge applied subsequently. For example a customer ordering £70 of goods, selecting free delivery, later decides to return items worth £35 - as a result this, this order no longer meets our free delivery threshold. A £2.99 postage charge will therefore be deducted from any refund. This does not apply in cases of returns made as a result of faulty items or because of errors made by Rock and Rainbow.
Please also include your order form that arrived with your parcel, stating the item(s) you are returning.

Someone will get back to you within 24 hours (Mon-Fri) to authorise your return or exchange.
We do not currently offer free returns or exchanges. We will however post any items that you have requested to exchange back to you for free.
